Man, I really haven't felt like blogging lately. But, I have grandparents to answer to, so I better get on with it! Without further ado, here are some shots from Harvey's birthday party last weekend.
The cake was fun. We ordered just a plain cake with green icing from Costco, and then I added the animals and trees. I think it turned out pretty cute----and it was
really tasty as well.
You can see the banner I made with all of his monthly photos in the background.
The smash cake.
I decided not to bore you with 1.2 million photos of "him" (me) opening presents. But, he loved opening his rocking chair from his great grandmother. Something about his very own chair makes him feel like such a hot shot.
He looks super interested in the cake..........but don't be fooled.
Dis doesn't feel so good..............
And again, don't be fooled by all the cake on his face and hands. The cake on his face is from where I smeared it on him in an effort to make him taste it. The cake on his hands is from where others smashed his hands in it. He literally didn't take a single bite. But he had a good old time making a big nasty mess!
Seriously, I think everyone tried to get him to eat it.
Not gonna eats it.
But I sure do wike to par-ty!
It's all fun and games until........
The boy decides it's no longer fun and games.
Playing wif cake makes me feel funny.
And after bath, it's time to play some more!!
Could he be any more excited about his new toys?
Riding Thomas while sporting his new cool shoes. He looks so grown up, yet still like such a baby. We had so much fun! Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate with us! We're so blessed to have so many that love us and our baby boy.
