Seven is Heaven

Our big guy is already seven months old---so hard to believe! Here are some pictures we took yesterday.

So many expressions, so little time.



We tried to get Fredbird in on the action, but Harv wasn't ready to share the spotlight.

Finally tricked him into one with Fred. This was no small task, but we're pretty much professionals at this point.

And, of course, no photo shoot would be complete without some rolling around on the floor. This time, he happened to throw himself back into the Christmas tree. Ooooh, what a treat!

Almost gots it! Pretty sure that one says me on it.

Some of Harvey's current favorite things:

*Fruit puffs. He is loving some quasi solid food.

*While we're on the subject, he loves pretty much any table food we'll let him have. He really seems to like potato soup, pancakes, toast, eggs and yogurt.

*Sitting up unassisted is how is prefers to play these days. Not such a big fan of laying on his back, and definitely not on his stomach. That's fine by me. He doesn't ever have to learn to crawl. :)

*Harvey likes to chew on anything that is cloth---his lovie, his puppy dog, his bib, burp cloth, shirt, socks, etc.

*Pulling off his socks gives him quite a thrill. Daredevil.

*When he's sleepy, he loves to suck his thumb. So much so that his thumb currently has a boo boo from his one tooth.

*(Perhaps this is one of my favorite things) When you shake your head "no", he'll mimic you and shake his head "no"---with a HUGE grin on his face. He's becoming quite the character.
